Return Policy

At Wilder Blue Trading, we take great pride in offering a curated selection of pieces crafted to elevate your wardrobe. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer the following return accommodation:

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original pristine condition, including all tags and packaging. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only, which never expires and may be applied toward any future purchase. Please note that sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  Email info@wilderbluetrading.com with:
Your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the item
We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund should a replacement not be available.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method when sending items back to us.

Processing Time
Once your return is received and evaluated, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days, delivered via email.
