Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Any shipping method other than USPS Priority Mail may be selected at checkout and will be at the customer’s expense.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. All items are shipped from Texas, USA.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Insurance & Package Protection
Insurance is available at checkout, and we strongly recommend adding it. We also offer Route Package Protection for coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of Wilder Blue Trading Company. We are not responsible for any loss, delays, or damage that occur while the package is in the custody of USPS. Selecting shipping insurance or Route Package Protection is strongly advised for protection against transit-related issues.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change the address once the order has shipped, and we cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
