This oversized sterling silver statement cuff by Navajo silversmith Marcus Chavez is a collector-grade masterwork featuring a massive 4" x 3 1/4" face footprint. The focal point is an asymmetrical shield-cut cabochon of rare Number 8 turquoise, showcasing the mine's highly coveted deep chocolate matrix interwoven with pockets of powder-blue stone. Encircling this centerpiece is a tight, uniform halo of 29 vibrant Kingman turquoise cabochons, each individually set in a fine sawtooth bezel to create a brilliant, high-contrast frame. Chavez accents this monumental piece with traditional old-style silversmithing, framing the central stone with heavy twist wire and polished perimeter rods, while handmade silver raindrops elegantly separate each border stone for architectural depth.
